This site is operated by Maurice Greenland, trading as Boss of Prompts, based in Lisboa, Portugal.

You're welcome to read the site and use the free prompts and frameworks for your own work, whether personal or commercial. You may not:

- scrape or bulk-download the site by automated means;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms it or other users.
Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the words, designs, and prompt frameworks on this site belong to us. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use them — but we keep ownership. The prompts themselves are yours to use freely in your own projects; the website content presenting them is not yours to copy wholesale.
No guaranteed results
Our prompts and advice are shared in good faith to help you get more out of AI tools. They're general information, not professional advice, and AI tools change constantly — so we can't promise any particular result. What you create with them, and how you use it, is your responsibility.

We sometimes link to other websites and tools. We're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices — check their own terms.
Our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Paid products
We don't currently sell anything — the newsletter and starter pack are free. If we add paid products in future, separate sales terms and a refunds policy will apply, and we'll make them clear before any purchase.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
If part of these terms doesn't hold up
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part is treated as removed and the rest stays in full effect.
The whole agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and the other notices linked from this site, make up the entire agreement between you and us about using the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Portugal.
