Boss of Prompts doesn't currently sell anything. You don't pay for the newsletter or the prompt pack, so there's nothing to return or refund.
When we add paid products
When we introduce paid products — things like prompt packs, courses, or coaching — full sale terms will appear here before you can buy. As a default we plan to offer:
- a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase on eligible items;
- clear, up-front terms shown before checkout.
Because most of what we'll sell is digital (prompt packs, ebooks, courses) or a service (coaching), some items may be non-refundable once they've been downloaded or delivered — we'll always say so clearly before you buy.
Your statutory rights
If you're a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from most purchases within 14 days. For digital content delivered immediately, that right may not apply once you've agreed to start and begun using it — but we'll set this out plainly at the point of sale. None of this affects the rights the law gives you.
