Refund Eligibility
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed.
To qualify for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Digital products (such as downloadable software, ebooks, prompt packs, or online courses)
- Gift cards
- Personalized consulting or coaching services
- Health and personal care items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Newspapers or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable substances
Partial Refunds
In specific situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Books or guides showing obvious signs of use
- Physical media (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records) that have been opened
- Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note, the time it takes for your refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card company.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after several days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider as it can take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank for additional processing times.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or promotion cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us immediately using our Contact Form.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return’s value. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift purchaser had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be informed about your return.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Form.
You will be responsible for covering shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for expensive items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
